Wow! Jerry was exceptional in every way possible. Fast response to our initial contact, incredibly polite, friendly, highly professional and engaging, on time! (unusual these days). The service he provided was second to none and extremely good value, our carpets look like the day they were fitted, super clean, pile restored and smell wonderful. Extremely impressed with how clean my carpets and sofa looks. I have a pup and the carpets were slightly discoloured where she lays (both in the living room and on a particular stair!) and from in and out the garden. They now look like new!
