I was at one time a property developer, working throughout the North East of England. I have dealt in property management for a considerable time, experiencing both the highs and lows of the property market.
It all started with me needing to source a quality cleaning company who could look after my properties, whilst ensuring that I always received a consistently high quality service at an affordable price - I was soon to be my own best customer.
I had used several carpet cleaning companies and had always found the results inconsistent. Sometimes they were quite good, however the majority of the time they were either average or poor.
Not having to replace carpets between tenants (especially students) has saved me a small fortune, a saving I have now been able to forward on to other property management companies and builders.
I am building my business on recommendations and now have a successful client database which is growing from strength to strength.
